The primary goal of the Pax River Air Show coordinators is to ensure the safety of all visitors to NAS Patuxent River. Accordingly and per Title 41, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 102-74, all permitted bags and hand-carried items are subject to search and inspection prior to entry onto the flight line. Additionally, all visitors are required to enter the flight line via walk-through scanners. Any bags will be subject to visual search and inspected by our security staff. Our security forces are in place to ensure the safety of all visitors, so your cooperation with this process is required. Failure to comply with this inspection will result in denial of access to the flight line.
